We really enjoyed our cruise, a few constructive comments to make it even better;

* Embarkation was spoiled by the high pressure selling of restaurant upgrades etc., at a time when passengers are trying to find their bearings. This should be done when all are on-board and settled-in to the cruise. Our first impression was that we were about to be ripped-off.

* You need more staff at the Customer Service (Shore Excursions and General enquiries) desks as some transactions take an age. IT IS ALSO VERY DIFFICULT TO DO BUSINESS AT THE DESKS WITH THE SHIP'S TANNOY BLASTING ALOUD, especially when there are language difficulties with the staff.
