We recently returned from a week on the MSC Divina to the Western Caribbean; Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Cozumel and Bahamas. I have several helpful tips for anyone who will be traveling on the MSC Divina.

We had the Fantastica pkg which included 12 drink vouchers per person. We do not drink alcohol, but we were able use our drink vouchers for virgin drinks. I asked our waiter at dinner about the options for virgin drinks. The one I really enjoyed he called Mango Sunrise. I never saw it listed on the drink menu that I came across later at one of the bars. That drink menu did list other options for virgin drinks. You can also use your drink voucher for gelatos. You can get those on deck 14 or deck 7.

There is no charge for water at all meals, even in the dining room. At breakfast there is no charge for milk and juice. In the buffet, there is no charge for lemonade and flavored water from beverage dispenser. The water on the ship tasted normal to me. We brought water bottles and would get ice water from the beverage dispenser.

Our room had a queen size bed and a sofa bed that made out to a queen size bed. We were in room 11029. The rooms include a small fridge. There is a charge if you eat any of the items in the fridge. They lock the fridge the last night.

There were 4 of us in the room, two parents and two kids, but we are all adult size. I thought the room was adequate in size, the beds were comfortable. I was expecting double beds, so was happy they were queen size.

The bathroom has a shower with doors that can fold in or fold out. There are metal pieces on the ceiling that allow the doors to stay in place. The shower has 2 dispensers, shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. There is a blow dryer in the room, but it is plugged into a drawer at the desk.

There is a safe in each room. The safe will be open when you first arrive, you set the combo for you. When you check out you leave the safe open.
