The overall of our cruise was great. I felt that the activities director could have been been a little more friendlier. Seemed like he stayed in his own click and didn't come out to mingle with others, The last night he got up and spoke about how the ship was one big family, I was very disappointed because the night before there was an emergency on the ship and we had to turn around and take person back to Miami, but nothing was mentioned on how the person was doing. If everyone was one big happy family on that cruise ship then we all should have been told how the person was doing. I had heard through the rumors that it was a crew member which makes it even more meaningful that something should have been said. I understand people are on vacation but some do have a heart and care on how others are doing or even maybe a moment of silence should have been taken.

I feel that I got more respect from the housekeeper, the waiter and the photographers than anyone else on this ship.. Hats off to all of them. They deserve way more credit than what they get.

I was not very happy with this cruise it was very unorganized from the drink package, felt like we ran around all the time either getting ice or drink. One machine was always out of one or the other. Miss communication about getting off board was poorly. Paper work that was left in our room stated that we would depart by our tags on our luggage as well as the boards posted in lobby but then the crew was calling by floors. So, that was one big mess.
