My 81 year old mother has always wanted to take a cruise and was satisfied with her experience. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the ship including our stateroom. The outdated fixtures in our room and need for repainting of some surfaces on the deck, did not dampen our overall experience. The enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff provided a positive warm atmosphere. We felt welcome and well taken care of every minute. The food in the Windjammer was so good we didn't eat anywhere else on the ship other than room service . Our day at Cococay was amazing with a great beach and yummy food. We spent most of our waking time on excursions or resting so we can't speak to the entertainment and activities on board. The cabin was sound proof allowing us to relax and get much needed rest. The transition to excursions went smoothly. We enjoyed the glass bottomed boat and encountering the dolphins.
