You don't choose this ship for the amenities, you choose it for the destinations. We wanted an adventure to see Cuba, the rest was icing on the cake. The ship is the smallest we have ever sailed on. It doesn't have the same features the larger ships have, but a good time was had by all. We live in Florida so access to the port was easy. Embarkation was very fast and smooth. Our cabin was tiny, but you don't spend much time there so it was never a problem. The dining room service was excellent and the food was good. The menus had a good variety for everyone in our party. The staff brought my daughter a piece of birthday cake to help celebrate. Service was personalized as the staff remembered our names each night. Entertainment was excellent. the performances were all top notch. There were some teen activities but my kids weren't really interested in participating. On larger ships there has been a teen center, but this ship did not have one. The shore excursions kept our kids pretty busy so the wasn't really a lot of down time. My son is a runner and found deck 6 had a track all the way around it. He preferred running on his own to any organized activities. We enjoyed the shore excursions and found Cuba to be fascinating. Bring walking shoes, lots of sunscreen and your own toilet paper. It was definitely an adventure off the beaten path and I'm glad our kids got to experience it. Key West and Cozumel were fun, but are your typical port cities. Seeing Havana was an amazing experience and was the highlight of the trip.
Small but nice. Had Pullman beds for the kids to sleep in and they loved it.
