We thought it was a good price, WRONG!!! Service was absolutely the worst. Bars had the most unfriendly service. Cigar Lounge bartender was the worst I have ever seen. I was told to check with the other lounges if I wanted to have a glass of port wine. He ran out of Port wine the first night and could have cared less if he had any thing in the bar. So the lounges receive a 1/2 star. Food selection was mediocre at best as well as the service. Customer Relations, I don't think they know what that is. Buffet was okay, if you don't mind kids just reaching in front of you grabbing food then throwing it back. Staff over all was just there, I don't think they had any clue as to what was going on. Over all the staff was very rude and could have cared less. The concierge at the excursion desk was a very rude individual. We booked two excursions, the first one was excellent, second one was not so good. We complained and he told us (in so many words) that they could change these excursions any time they wanted to, and you should be prepared for any changes. Problem is they had plenty to time to inform us of any changes they scheduled. I guess you see by now, that this was our first cruise on this ship and it will be our LAST. So don't thing you get and kind of bargains on this cruise lines.
