Our son and family chose Epic because it fit their summer schedule and offered for us to join then, which we did.
We have cruised 9 times previously and never experienced anywhere near these problems.
Our Stateroom required four service calls for maintenance issues safe (2), air conditioning , and leaking sink
Poor - service calls with waits twice for safe second time almost an hour of our day. Air conditioner failed .and required service.Our sink leaked and yet another service call. all these issues detracted from our vacation time and experience. Pool crew rude twice never encountered this on nine previous cruises.
