We chose this cruise as we had several recommendations from family and friends the amazing experience they had all had while travelling with Royal Caribbean to the Baltic. The ship was breathtaking, with its many shops, bars, casino and amazing restaurants. It was an outstanding floating hotel which was spotless.However, my only criticism was there was a shortage of lounge seating which made finding a seat on the evening difficult at times.Housekeeping and room attendants were extremely efficient and any problems that arose were immediately dealt with.

Reception staff were very helpful and were able to resolve any issues and if they were unable to help they ensured that there was somebody available that could resolve the issue.

There was a host of activities to suit all ages. You could relax in one of the many pools or hot tubs or engage in many of the sport activities that were on offer. There was also lots of pampering activities on offer.I travelled with my mother who was disabled so choosing the right shore excursion was imperative. The shore excursion staff were extremely helpful in there advise regarding choice of suitability of trips. However, we were disappointed at the lack of choice offered which met the needs of wheelchair users, as several of the trips offered were not wheelchair friendly. I feel if there had been some research of some of these excursions beforehand , a more accurate account of the areas would have been beneficial. Disembarking from the ship was well organised and all help that was required with manoeuvring the wheelchair off and on the ship were met. All staff from all areas of service were friendly, helpful and eager to please. At all times we were kept up to date with all ships activities via the daily ships newsletter (a daily crossword added would be advantageous) Overall our first experience with RC was not disappointing and lived up to are expectations we were sad to say goodbye to the friends that we had made.
