The pros, clean ship. Staff constantly cleaning and organizing public area bathrooms very nice and clean. Captain Tasso is cool and safe and the crew does a great job navigating and keeping us safe.

I traveled in concierge class. State room attendant poor English and hard to communicate , they make a big deal of the pillow menu and then they can't get the pillows, I'm allergic to down and it took 2 days to try to get a hypo allergenic pillow , I asked concierge chief for help to intervene, even then the attendant could not understand because he brought Swedish foam pillow which is fine so I let it go.

Nobody smiles all staff are dour. Customer service desk on third floor all from South Africa and they are civil, nothing more.

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

Cramped, but very functional. very quiet, cannot hear engines nor neighbors. balcony is a must for Alaskan coastline. Hair dryer anemic and tiny, one robe in room. Binoculars were broken.
