I thought I would right a review about this cabin 11266 since I did not find one before I booked it. ( We were always polite to customer service we never complained just asked for them to fix the a/c politely ) First off this cabin is very noisy it is right under camp waterworks and you can hear chairs and tables being moved around LOUD SCRAPING and BANGING anywhere from 5am to 2 am and all day depending on when they clean the deck and of course while its open all day. If I knew this I would not have booked this room. This room was very very hot we even brought our own fan ! We called customer service 2 or 3 times and they said it was "within" the degree they called suitable. We just had to deal with it. We kept a card in the slot to keep it on all day also. It actually felt like it was a whisper blowing. It felt like they turned it off at night we were all HOT could not sleep with any covers .I had to get a taxi in Cozumel to take me to buy another fan in downtown Cozumel cost me $20 for the cheapest fan I could find and another $20 for the taxi ride and tip for the taxi driver to find us a store with a fan ! Room still hot with 2 fans going. This was 6th cruise on carnival and this was by far ever the hottest room .Customer service would not turn the air down in our room but yet there was freezing cold air blowing in the halls and out the pool doors being wasted but not in the cabin ? why not turn room air down when they are just wasting cold air blowing out to the pool area ?We had a nice room steward. The food in the main dining was lack luster we skipped a few night when the menu had nothing good to eat . We had the steak house one night and it was good. The first night they had our table seating wrong. We bought faster to the fun also. The first couple nights you could never get customer service to answer they would just pick up the phone and hang up lol. I had to tweet and a carnival person contacted them .. that's sad. After spending thousands of dollars on this cruise we did not feel VIP and the room sucked and so did customer service at the front desk !! Faster to the fun did nothing for us. The photos went up in prices also .another thing room service added on their own tip one night . we had to call and have it taken off. I guess they don't mind stealing your money.! we had purchased premium wifi service and still could not get a good signal.. overall I wish I had skipped this cruise and went somewhere else. and we loved cruising with carnival before ..

HOT and NOISY it also needs a good deep cleaning and the a/c fixed .. Would never ever book this cabin again !! Banging and Scraping above (day and night off and on)
