After mostly taking Carnival Cruises in the past, with the exception of another trans-atlantic we did on Celebrity, Oceania was a huge upgrade. The food was excellent and the ship was very clean and nice. I was especially impressed by the crew. They went out of their way at all times to help us and to pleasantly greet us.

A few minor things for us that maybe could have been better:

1. The nightly entertainment was ok, but we've certainly seen better. Sirena has a small lounge for the shows, but it was comfortable enough.

Cabin Review

Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

Cabin A1

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Shower was very small, but manageable.

Being on the bow, we had a great view. The only drawback is when we hit rough seas, the front cabins take the most abuse. We did hit rough seas as we approached Europe and it did get really rough up front, but overall, the view made it worth it for us.

Port Reviews

Malaga

We booked our own tour of the city with Cheap Taxi. Javier was our driver and he was excellent. We had great 4 hour tour.
