Been in Celebrity many times and this cruise to Alaska was a little disappointing. The ship, the service, the staff was wonderful but the food was disappointing. Nothing out of the ordinary for a 3 star restaurant. Celebrity usually goes above and beyond but not this chef. Food lacked taste (except for salt), beef, veal and pork were tough. Who can mess up a Creme Brûlée? Watery and top hardly caramelized.

The only thing that saved this cruise from being a total disappointment was the wonderful Captain, outstanding cruise director, great main dining room waiters and wine steward. Our cabin steward, Dominic was so attentive.

Beyond the Podium speakers were very interesting.
