Cabin: Oceanview Stateroom

After 180 nights sailing with this shipping company, I have to say that although it maintains important quality levels, it is not about the best ships in the company and I do not talk about big or new. I had the pleasure of inaugurating the Harmony OTS and Quantum OTS and the first one would stand from my point of view after the Freedom and the Quantum would win by thrashing both. Freedom cabins are obsolete and the maintenance of the whole boat is left to be desired although these facts are supplied with a good service, a general quality more than remarkable (in the line of the Company) an outstanding Diamond service and an ability to respond to the problems worthy of note. Nothing is perfect but, if they are wrong and are able to resolve with agility and satisfactorily, it must be said. If I have to highlight what I least liked about this cruise would be the lack of control in the sanitization of the hands at the entrance to the restaurants (especially in the windjamer, we talked to the person in charge and did nothing to fix it and some guests took the food with their hands) and what is left of the deck 11 (of the swimming pools) with cracked, parched and parched woods in some cases.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

The stateroom is spacious, clean though outdated and in need of a major overhaul on the line they have made to other company ships. The maintenance of my cabin was deficient as the extra bed was off the hook, it made a hellish noise that awoke the rest of the occupants of this one, due to the breakage of the "suspenders" that stabilize it. It was communicated to the head of housekeeping and did not articulate any solution.
