The shows were great and the food was good. The ship is beautiful however a lot of catering to those with $$$... too much focus on specialty restaurants with the effort coming away from those of us in the main dining room. I experienced both having paid for the premium food and there is a huge difference in service and quality of food. you also need to pay to get reserved seating and reserved boarding or you will wait with the masses. and when something goes wrong, you will just wait and wait and no real help from anyone. This ship is so big with 6000 guest that it becomes a fend for your self type of cruise.

I do recommend RC and have had some great cruises with them, I felt like if you want to be pampered a little and get any personal service, that will not happen on such a large ship...at least they have not yet figured it out yet!
