Pre cruise hotel was a nightmare but got there in the end,ok getting to ship was a bit of a circus but once we did chris escorted us on board ,the entire process was less than 15 minutes so that was great.- in fact chris was great in every respect and walking u down to the tender in kona was awesome!
Our cabin was on deck 13 suite13514 ,this was what we expected and was finished as well.
our butler was peter and nice guy but over did it with us - some people may like the almost constant interaction personal thing there I guess,

Penthouse with Large Balcony
edwin was our stweard and peter ourt butler both did an ok job - few minor issues but nothing to stop us recommending the trip - good job guys.
The balcony was great for us to sit out take in thee sights and have a couple of drinks,
the port side is best we feel other than the view of the lava flow,but once seen in a chopper the ship view is a little underwhelming .
