Our seven day Norwegian Fjord cruise aboard the MSC Fantasia was “extremely disappointing”!

We upgraded to Yacht Club class which has some advantages compared to the standard package but it is not what they advertise and claim it to be.

We give the highest compliments, praise and thanks to our butlers, the staff in the private lounge and restaurant, [L’Etoile]. They were always happy, friendly and provide great service catering to our needs. They were the best part of the cruise.

Balcony Stateroom

It was just ok, nothing much for the additional costs we paid.
