We took this cruise with our daughter and her family because of the program that they had to keep our 15 year old grandson busy. Having just returned from a wonderful SilverSeas cruise in May, we were greatly disturbed by the tasteless food in the dining rooms, the lousy coffee that was served everywhere, and the extra $3.50 charged every time you wanted an espresso or cappucino. The final blow came at check out when after paying over $7,000 for the cruise and tours, we were hit with a $2.30 charge for a small bottle of water in our stateroom. That hurt. The only good thing about the cruise were the evening floor shows that kept us entertained. This was our 6th cruise with Princess and probably our last. In our view, they are not the same company that we have been cruising with for the last 15 years or so.

Cabin Review

Cabin Small room with balcony on 10th deck

Cabin was OK. Just average. Had to ask for third bath towel. Towels are somewhat on the small side.
