My 3rd time on the Glory. We had a good time but felt like we had such short times in port, we loved Grand Turk, the ship was nice enough, the crew was fantastic very friendly and accommodating, the food in the dining room was outstanding every night, buffet was just meh...Guys Burgers and the Blue Iguana awesome! We had very very very boring sea days there were no good activities no wine tasting, no dance lessons, bingo was the big event other than them trying to sell you stuff. There were no seats available on deck anywhere to be found, must have had the worst cruise director ever He certainly had nothing for you to do on a sea day than art auction or bingo...but he did have question and answer with himself he was so egotistical how about a real activity instead? Half the events were scheduled in the lobby which can accommodate 60 people ugh... Carnival has really cut corners now the steel band is just one guy with a key board, they don't have a band with the shows, not even a table cloth at dinner unless it was formal night, buy your own drink for a capt toast, no loyalty party for gold members. The shows were very limited it was just the same singers and dancers no outside acts (don't know if that was carnival or the crappy cruise director). It was an okay cruise nothing special and we were bored with nothing to do which should never happen on a Fun Ship, if you are looking for total veg time this is the ship. I will go on a different cruise line next time I want more activities.

Cabin 8F

Our cabin never cooled down the whole cruise but our kids down the hall was freezing...weird sewer smell sometimes. Nice enough balcony cabin inside, awesome room attendant

Port Reviews

San Juan

Didn't have much time here so walked to the fort and took a tour which was interesting then local mofongo and mohitos for lunch just enough time to get back on ship

Half Moon Cay

Beautiful beach actually had enough chairs woohoo! Nice day

St. Thomas

We hopped an open air cab to Coki Beach, rented chairs and snorkel gear, nice snorkeling right off the beach, great little beach bar with good food and drinks, we had planned on going to St. John but we got in late and didn't have enough time :-(

Grand Turk

We booked a tour we found on trip advisor and went snorkeling at he amazing wall, dove for conch, swam with stingrays, super fun day, was much better than a crowded ship excursion
