We chose this cruise because it matched the days I had off of school. We were in cabin 2371 and it sounded like someone was bowling and dropping pans above our heads about 20 hours a day. We complained and the agreed to stop the nose between the hours of 11am and 5am, they mostly did but I don't consider it a vacation when I am given a window of 6 hours to sleep. They did this for 3 of the 6 nights of our cruise, the others it was noise all night. My husband is in the military and can sleep with live fire around him and he could not sleep through this. Our neighbors would wake up at night at the same time as us swearing. There should not be rooms where our room was period. It was ridiculous.

I paid 90$ for the internet and it only worked on the first day of the cruise. Carnival says they will refund it but I have not seen a refund yet. Entertainment was mediocre. The staff not to do with guest services/relations was good. Guest services wanted in our room at 2am to "hear the noises" because they didn't believe the video I had taken on my phone of the noises. I googled the room we were in and there are similar complaints for that room so I am not the first nor will I be the last to complain. We had to book last minute due to my husbands job so there were slim pickings, but being as he can sleep through life fire I thought we would be ok. Huge mistake

Cove Balcony

Cabin 7C

Don't under any circumstances book a cabin under the galley you will have a cruise with no sleep at all. Not a vacation IMHO. Its a huge shame because the cove balcony was amazing, but the noise.... we couldn't sleep.
