We chose this cruise to celebrate my granddaughters high school graduation. I was looking for a short four day cruise that was not too expensive and suitable for a young lady having a good time. Carnival is not one of my favorite cruise lines but they made a good attempt to make it an enjoyable experience. There are problems one being the low pricing structure bring in a lot of first time cruisers who seem to be lost enjoying the total experience. It seems spending all their time at the buffet and screaming at each other is all they do. The buffet on this ship is too small and since it was a full ship they could not accommodate the people. Food was just ok, better than MSC but not up to NCL or Celebrity. The dinning room staff were excellent and attentive. We had early dinning and I was impressed that knew out names right from the get go and never forgot them. The dinning staff performed two "shows" and the dinning staff were great! But every day the staff sang happy birthday to guests over and over and it was so bad it got annoying. The two shows on this cruise were fair at best. The first was so disjointed it became boring. The second was better but with only two singers it was redundant. The smokey casino was hard to walk through at times, I now know why people complain about so much smoke. The room for three people was very good, clean and kept in order by our cabin steward. We only saw him one time but the room was always kept clean and neat. Rest of staff were friendly and helpful, as I said they did a good effort to make this short five day cruise and enjoyable one.

We did a buggy tour in Cozumel and it was a blast. All three of us enjoyed it each for different reasons. I enjoyed driving a stick shift buggy, my wife enjoyed seeing the beauty of the island and GD enjoyed snorkeling. Well worth the money. Key West was a bust four hours is not long enough to do anything and have been there many times before so went to Sloopy Joes and had a drink after taking the tour around the island. Pretty much a bust.

Roomy and clean. It looked as if they had just remodeled the interior of this 2001 ship. Used a drop down bed for our 18 year old granddaughter and it worked out extremely well.
