To sum it up:

*The call center rep we worked with lied on multiple occasions about whats included and various amenities

*The service was horrible, ship-wide with the exception of the ice bar and specialty dining

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

Was the size I expected. Plenty of room for 2, with 2 kids it was tight but doable. But with the bunks set up.. forget accessing the drawers underneath or the closet for the duration of your cruise. The quality is not what I expected... dirty, matted carpet and damaged finishes. Beds really weren't all that comfortable. We had multiple pluming and electrical issues throughout the week that were slowly resolved. One morning we all had to walk to another deck to use public toilets since we weren't given a timeline of getting ours fixed.. and inevitably took over 2 hours.

Port Reviews

King's Wharf

Don't book excursions through NCL. There was a transportation desk right in port that can sell you transportation passes (ferries and buses for 2 full days unlimited, all over the island was $95 for a family of 4). There are also a ton of taxis and mini buses to take you anywhere you want to go. For example, a taxi took 4 of us to Horseshoe Bay for about $35 one way.. we stayed as long as we liked and didnt need to wait on any other passengers.
