We arrived at the Port of Miami around 11 am for our check in. In my opinion this is way too early as there are still people getting off the ship from the prior cruise. Check in was fast and easy. You have are given a boarding number and you wait until your group is called before you can board. Rooms were ready around 1 pm. We went straight to the buffet and then to the box office to make show reservations.
We were in a family oceanview cabin, forward. This was the best location for getting on and off the ship in ports. The room was good size. Bathroom was nice with double sink and small tub. The ship is absolutely beautiful with tons to do. I've been on 42 cruises and this was the largest ship I've been on. Make sure to make show reservations or you will not get in. The venues are very small. We saw The Company Men in the Supper Club and main theater. We also saw After Midnight, The Brat Pack and the comedy show. All the shows were very good. They were more like Broadway productions. The Brat Pack was awesome. We ate in Moderno one night and it was well worth the $25 fee. The chocolate & wine tasting is also another good value and fun. The beer district is a nice area and has live music which is nice.
cons: There is however NOT enough space between the end of the main bed and the wall of the cabin (maybe 6 inches to 1 foot). As the teenagers went to the bathroom at night they constantly woke us up falling on the bed. You have to schedule EVERYTHING because the venues are way too small for 4000+ passengers. Howl at the Moon only played 3 nights which was a disappointment as they share the venue with comedians. Main dining room service was HORRIBLE. The food just OK nothing special. We ate in The Manhattan and Taste. Manhattan's service was the worse of the two. Waiter did not understand English, did not know what French Fries were, delivered wrong plates to most the table so we had to pass them around to the correct people. Buffet food was ok as well, never really changed during the week.It's very hard to find seating at the buffet for the majority of the time. O'Sheehans is nice and the service there is better.

Family Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window
Very nice size. Main bed plus a double sofa and a pullman. Bathroom was nice with double sink and a small bathtub. Main Cabin TV is in a horrible location, you can't really watch it. There is NOT enough space between end of bed and cabin wall for people walking through to the bathroom. We were foward and it was nice because you only had to go down 1 deck to get off at ports and 1 deck back up to your room once you were back.

Harvest Caye
We did the zip line in Harvest caye. The pier is a long walk and it's a much longer walk to the flighthouse - about 20 minutes. The Superman Zip is awesome!!!
