I love carnival and have been going on them for years with nothing but good things to say. Over this past trip the boat was so old and out dated as well as poorly kept up. I must say the inside cabin was fine and the floor employees were great but that's about. For on they must have been doing repairs on the boat while we were on it due to all the banging and noises throughout the day and night from the Lower levels. Our toilet broke multiplayer times and getting someone to come help was a whole other issue. Soen over an hour on hold and was then disconnected and had to go serching for someone. They also has a minimal number of staff and finding someone to help with anything was an issues. I was refused services a few times and was even asked to leave a food line bacuse they wanted to close it while I was grabbing food. I was also spent a lot of time waiting on someone to serve me at the bar to the point I choose not to buy a drink. Most of the people were nasty and would not even look at you when they were speaking with you. This boat I spent a lot of time on lines, one line for a magic show was 45 minute wait then we were told they are not clearing out from the previous show so we had to leave due to a lack of room after waiting on line for so long. Mind you the day before we were asked to leave for the next show and get back on lines again. It seemed they did what ever they wanted whenever they wanted to do it. This boat is also lacking a actual night Club and do a pop up club that was off putting and threw me off. As well carnival has also changed a lot and no longer offer much to the gold returning members that we used to get. When I asked they told me it was due to the high number of gold members. I don't like the idea I return at a customer and instead of getting more you not have things taken away from us. I don't know how carnival is on their other ships with all the changes but this one was bad and I don't recommend it to anyone who is looking forward to the boat or if it's your first cruise. I know if it was mine I would not be returning. Also each island we go to late and that did not make anything any better I had to cancel some of my excursions due to it.
