On the whole this is a wonderful ship with lots of activities for the entire family. There is something for everyone. The shows are the best I've seen on any cruise ship. We picked a Boardwalk Balcony cabin so we could have a view of the water and also see the Boardwalk. We were on the Oasis six years ago and had the same type of cabin which we loved. Now our view of the water was blocked by the Ultimate Abyss and it was so noisy most of the time due to movies playing on the big screen and activities going on at the Aqua Theater. The ship seemed a lot more crowded now since we sailed during the summer and there were 1,800 kids on board! I only was able to get one soft serve yogurt the entire week. Every time I went by it, it was either being filled, serviced or had 20+ kids in line. The food in the master dining room was average, at best. However, the service by our waiters Emeron & Jefferson, was excellent. We ate at Chops one night and my husband's medium well steak came out rare. Our waiter never came back to see if our dinners were OK, so he just ate most of it. I did enjoy the Park Cafe and their wonderful roast beef sandwiches and made to order salads. My husband liked the sausages at the hot dog place on the Boardwalk and Johnny Rockets. Our room steward, Rolando, was excellent and always kept our room neat and clean and left plenty of ice. The cabin was good size, but I thought there could have been more storage. I would recommend this ship for families and would sail on her again, but not in the summer...too crowded!
