This was our 3rd cruise with the Eclipse and was disappointed to experience so many cut backs, We have never had to pay for shuttle buses in the past, if the cruise line advertise a city to visit then they should supply buses to get you there and back or at least inform customers that they will be charged. For a family of 4 it was virtually impossible to find seats to relax together whilst having a drink in the evening around the ship. On the plus side food was very good and very hot, selection of choice was excellent except our daughter experienced difficulty in obtaining glutton free food except in the dining room. The staff were all friendly around the ship and our dinning staff of Charles. Ruth and Alan deserve a mention of praise ( 10 out of 10 ) along with cabin stuart 8270.

With all cut backs, all be it some were minor, we will not venture on further cruises with Celebrity,

Very clean but looking tired, bath robes old thin and grey. for a 5 star ship thought there would be shower gell in bath rooms. fridges locked.
