Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This ship is beautiful. My only complaint was the dining room. The food was just adequate. However Jamie's was excellent. Embarkation went smoothly, we walked on the ship at 11:00. We immediately went to the theater so I could book I fly. Do this, it was so much fun! I found our balcony cabin seemed narrower than others we have had on other ships. The solarium is beautiful. Although, it can be tough to find a seat on sea days. I thought the shows were terrible. I had absolutely no idea what the Gift was about. This is the first time we have ever walked out of a show. Spectra was okay but it didn't really flow. Since we weren't happy with the first 2 we decided to bail on We Will Rock You. We found there was plenty to do in the evening. The Music was fun and we loved the music in Michael's Pub. The performer is Charlie Jourdan and he's a lot of fun. Also enjoyed Schooner bar for drinks before dinner. In Bar Harbor we took Oli's Trolley through Acadia National Park. I highly recommend this. We took an RC tour to Peggy's Cove from Halifax. Peggy's Cove is beautiful but with this tour we only had 45 minutes there. It's a long bus ride for jst 45 minutes. We really didn't get to see much.Disembarking was chaotic. All of the self carry people and their luggage were blocking every path. They were not called yet were told to go sit and wait but still felt the need to block every space. Because they are dragging several pieces of luggage they are moving slowly clogging everything up. We were supposed to get off at 8:30 but didn't get off until 10:00. I would definitely go on the Anthem again.

Cabin D5

Lots of storage. It felt narrower than other cabins on different ships.
