Ship is so big that the service is lacking its full potential. Main dining room server seem to be overwhelmed. Guest Services not always in tune with your questions. Certain eatery's food handlers/servers were not very kind and courteous. Housekeeping staff is outstanding. Cabin was very well kept. Entertainment and Activities were exciting and plentiful. Being able to Ice skating on a ship was a surprise. Enjoyed the evenings on the Boardwalk and having lunch in Central Park. Dance parties on deck 5 were always exciting and lively. Glad to see the ship offers a Adult Only area. Ports and shore excursions are a bit pricey. Excellent transportation airport to hotel, hotel to ship and ship to airport. Easy port departure and return to ship. Overall beautiful Ship.We never felt like we were on a ship in the middle of the ocean. So much to do so much to see.
