After having gone on three cruises with Royal Caribbean (RC) over the last 10 years this will most likely be our last.

Reasons:

1. Service quality has dropped significantly in general although some of the departments are still providing excellent service (e.g. food services staff and housekeeping). A poor attitude and semi-disrespectful tone is something which unfortunately can be seen on many of the ship’s staff which are not associated with food services staff or housekeeping. Read more
