Sail Date: Jul 2017
Cabin: Family Junior Suite with Balcony
Traveled with children

After having gone on three cruises with Royal Caribbean (RC) over the last 10 years this will most likely be our last.

Reasons:

1. Service quality has dropped significantly in general although some of the departments are still providing excellent service (e.g. food services staff and housekeeping). A poor attitude and semi-disrespectful tone is something which unfortunately can be seen on many of the ship’s staff which are not associated with food services staff or housekeeping.

Cabin Review

Family Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin FJ

The cabin was well appointed and spacious. More than enough space for a couple traveling with 1 or 2 small children.
