Ok experience. We had a first time cruiser in our group and I found myself often telling him how cruising use to be so much more customer friendly. The cruise staff did not welcome us as we boarded. The cruise entertainment and cruise director were a lot of fun. It was a good experience to see Cuba and snorkel in Key West. But unfortunately, that was about it.

The food was not very good on this boat. However, our servers were very kind and tried to accommodate all our family's needs. This ship only had one very small pool for the whole ship. Not much to do on the Sea day. The ships library could use actual books and many more games. Our Sea day was boring, with a small pool, not much indoor activity and rain. My pedicure experience at the spa was less than desirable. No greeting, no customer service in the spa and significantly overpriced. I hope the spa experience is addressed following my customer service satisfaction responses.
