We were very disappointed with the food on the ship, being an italian ship we thought the food would be great, however the quality of the food was the worst in all the cruises we have done so far.Also the cruise director introduced shows and doing bingo calls etc in about six languages, which as you can understand takes quite a while in each case

The ship itself, room and staff in general were good

Cabin  was Very Good

Dining was Poor, service was good as always on ships, but as we said the food standard was very poor

Embarkation was Good

Entertainment was Poor to Good

Onboard Experience was Good apart from cruise director

Public Rooms were Good

Overall this was our first time on MSC and because of the food and cruise director's attempting to speak different languages it made it a poor cruise, we did enjoy the shore excursions

One more item was the lack of people washing their hand after going to wash rooms etc and also not using santisers on entry to dining rooms etc.
