Cabin: Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

My friends were going on this cruise. I was told that 3 scooter would not fit in their cabin and scooters could not be left in the hall so I got my own room. I brought a medically needed c-pap machine with me and they did have the distilled water in my cabin for me so that was good. The problem was I had no place to plug in my c-pap machine next to my bed. The next day I was brought a big orange cord to run across the room to put my c-pap on a hassack in front of my cabin door so it would be reach of my bed. Now that was not good a real trip hazard. My next problem was I had a scooter delivered to my room but it would not go around the corner into my room so it had to stay in the hall and I had to call for housekeeping to take it and have it charged now that was not good it was very inconvenient. In fact when I went to Labadee Haiti it did not have a full charge and it went dead. I had to have the Haitian men push me up a hill and try to make it back to the ship which I did. Then I had to push it to my room. My hip and back still hurt from that. I was told by the manager / supervisor that the cabin I had should of never been given to anyone with my needs. I knew I was getting a small inside room but the Cruise line knew I was bringing a c-pap and scooter with me. The front desk was no help at all it seems they had been trained to have an answer in their favor for every complaint, tried to tell me I did not let them know I was bringing a c-pap machine and that scooters do not fit in any stateroom besides handicap. That is not true my scooter went through the first door and could not turn the corner to go in my room and I had distilled water in my room for my machine. I wanted to go home the first night I could not use my machine and I needed it, but was told I would not get my money back. I had such a terrible time. There was good things such as the shows and the buffet but the bad out weighed the good. This was my first dream cruise I was so excited and I do believe it will be my last...Such a waste of time and money.. I was told by many to try another cruise line. The only reason I gave it a poor and not terrible is because of the people in the dining areas and the cabin boy were so nice and helpful.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

Cabin V5

I didn't care it was small but it should of not been given to someone like me that had special needs. Also the step up bathroom was a trip hazzard being I have an artificial knee that was a concern.
