Our VRC was absolutely wonderful. The pre-trip to Prague was fabulous, and we wish we would have also added Budapest post trip. The tours were fantastic, and loved Prague by night! All of the Viking employees were professional, friendly, and accomplished.

Our ship Jarl, Captain, and crew were first rate. We really loved the crew, Cruise Director Suzy, and activities. Embarkation was so easy, and the ship was beautiful and clean. Services provided on the boat were fast and efficient, and frankly, they practically provided it before we even had to ask! Our State Room attendant Erica was awesome and kept our quarters spotless.

Dining was fabulous and we really enjoyed the local meals that were served. Our servers Victor Yap, and Sarah Bitonio Yap were fantastic! Our wine sommelier, Dragon, gave us great suggestions for wine with our meals! We celebrated our wedding anniversary on the cruise and the crew brought us a cake at dinner! The Bar Staff, especially Valentine, were so welcoming, remembered our names, and proved excellent service. Read more
