I was sceptical about sailing on an older, smaller, ship. I was beyond impressed. The ship was clean, and even though it was sold-out, I never felt crowded, rushed, and there were never any lines.There was always a quiet space if you wanted to just relax and get away. Plenty of activities to keep us entertained, both day and night. The dining room staff was amazing and so was the food. Bar staff was quick, and never had to wait. Guest cabins were samll, but clean.We explored Cuba on our own, and I recommend everyone visit Cuba at least once. The locals were friendly and happy to show us their country. Convertible, classic cars are plentiful, and easily negotiable right outside the terminol. Havana was clean and safe. I have sailed multiple times with Royal Caribbean and I would sail on the Empress again. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered!!!!!
