We attended a wedding in Seward, AK and thought a cruise on our way back would be a great way to explore Alaska's coast. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the many dining options. We did get a little bored on our at sea days since we don't gamble and were not into the entertainment options. It was too cold and windy for us to enjoy swimming or the hot tubs.

We did a dining package but would not do that again. The only restuarant worth paying for was Cagney's. Just pay for the one you want and save some money. The buffets were monotonous after awhile but adequate.

We also did the beverage package. I found myself trying to drink as much as possible just to get my money's worth. Unless you drink like a fish, it's impossible to get the value for what you paid. Just buy your drinks as you go and save on that too.

Cabin BC

We stayed in cabin 0061, which was on the 10th floor and had a port facing balcony. We were amazed at all of the storage we had and how comfortable the beds were. The balcony was perfect for viewing all of the beautiful scenery. Our attendant, Trevor, was wonderful. We spent more time in the room than we thought we would because it was so comfortable and quiet. No one above us and we had a perfect view of the glaciers and shore line.

Seward

We didn't do an excursion but we loved Seward.
