Sail Date: Jun 2017

Had our first cruise on the celebration last year sailing from Dubrovnik and loved it. We were so disappointed with this one. The itinerary was changed so that our sea day was our last day instead of first, this was annoying as the first day you can find your way around the ship and get your bearings, there was never any explanation given?

There are too many people on the ship!! The buffet breakfast was bedlam and not enough tables, there are not enough sun beds either and the day at sea was the worse for this. Everywhere was too busy or loud, the food was disappointing in the main restaurant and we had to send meals back that were undercooked, we ended up eating in the Italian one a few times which was okay but the menu didn't change much. We had a lot of meals in the self service restaurant islands which was a shame as you didn't need to dress up in there and we loved that part last time. The entertainment was poor compared to celebration, apart from the band b12 and the comedian.

Our balcony room was small and the bathroom reminded us of a caravan bathroom, the balcony glass was not bolted properly and nothing was cleaned very well.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe balcony

Really disappointed with the small cabin, especially the bathroom, the balcony was small and not private. The room wasn't cleaned very well, we got new towels but that was it! No hoovering was done or toilet cleaning or bed changed. The air conditioning was loud, the hairdryer was a hold button down one that didn't stay in the wall, the best thing was we had a fridge.
