I had a great experience last year on this cruise but this year I was a little disappointed. Compared to last years crew members, I felt as though this year there wasn't as much involvement with the people. For example, bingo was more boring because there was less excitement from the hosts, which caused the crowd to be more quiet and less involved. I wish they had better communication, like the phone/walkie talkie given to each passenger on the Disney cruise because it was hard to know where all twenty six people from my party were. Although there were a few things I would have liked to been changed, I really did enjoy this vacation. This was a very memorable moment with my children and grand kids. Everyone met up for dinner and we felt like the service was excellent. For having three large circle tables, we received our food fairly quickly and our drinks were always refilled as soon as they were emptied or close to being emptied. Thank you for making our vacation great.
