Used to like RC, can't get it on the west coast any more. This cruise departure location was the closest to the west coast for our whole family to meet us at. That resulted in STINKING THINKING! We were told we could bring our own luggage on board, attempted to but was told we could not. It messed up our plans but not being able to have our luggage till evening! Used to be able to get room service with food for free, that is a thing of the past as well as the way the service & quality used to be. Never got to use the tube slides for my grand kids that wanted to. 1st sea day they were completely closed. Other days just didn't work out & lost interest in trying. Our TV was old and very dark, could NOT see most images. We complained and was told it was fixed. I'm thinking the person fixing it was suffering from poor vision, as it sure did NOT get fixed. Again, we just gave up! The selection of shows was very old, mostly prior to the year 2000, say NOTHING that was newer than 15 years old. It does make sense that the quality there is slipping like the rest of the quality of services. If you are trying to keep it all much the same, you ARE achieving it. You are champions in declining service!
