We chose this cruise because of the ports. Santorini and Mykonos were very high on our bucket list! We spent the night in Rome and transferred to the port by private car arranged though the tour operator we were joining after the cruise. We arrived at the port at 11AM and traded our embarkation group # for a much lower # (#5) since we had priority boarding. We were on board by 1145 and sat outside the Windjammer till our cabin was ready at 1pm.

Our cabin was a D2 balcony on deck 9- very conveniently located between the center and front elevators. It was clean and comfortable and while the bathroom was small it was acceptable.

Overall we really enjoyed all the ports and the cruise itself. The staff were very friendly, especially Romina, the diamond lounge concierge. She went over and above in getting us on early tenders in Santorini and was always interacting with the guests in the lounge.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Very nice cabin conveniently located on deck 9 mid ship, between the centrum and front elevators. Bed was very comfortable and we had a full size couch in the room. Closet was adequate.

Port Reviews

Rome (Civitavecchia)

We spent 2 days in Rome after the cruise. I would have preferred to have another day (total of 3) so that we could have seen more of the city and sights. The city is very vibrant, historical, and cosmopolitan. A must see destination.
