We chose this cruise because it was a good price point and my family in general enjoys travel and being around other cultures. I will say the food was great, service was fantastic (especially George from Romania in the Black Crab!) and the ship was beautiful and clean. The shows were well done and a good length - not too long or short. We went every evening and really felt the entertainment crew gave it their all. The gym was very nice for a cruise ship. All the passengers were very friendly and we made some friends from all over the world.

Embarkation was slow. We waited quite some time to board the ship. The folks at the Port of Miami were nice and even let me leave line to use the bathroom, no questions asked.

Our trip, however, came to a disappointing end. A member of our group experienced unprofessional behavior by a member of the crew. We ended up filing a police report in Miami and were told the crew member was let go. MSC took the incident seriously, which we appreciated. However, customer service was supposed to reach out to us about the incident and the disappointing experience, but so far (despite reaching out to them twice) we have heard nothing from MSC and have had no opportunity to provide feedback. I think we would have just appreciated some effort on their end acknowledging that our trip was less than ideal. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable cruise.
