I chose this cruise because of the itinerary. I had never cruised before so I can't compare msc to any other cruise line. Our experience was a positive one from start to finish. From arrival at Copenhagen port to getting on board only took 15 mins. No long queues. We had our bags very shortly after that. The itinerary was great .One sea day at either end was plenty for me. I really enjoyed the ports. We did our own thing in Warnemunde and Bergen and did the ships excursions in Gerainger and Flam. I was very happy with the way this worked out. We saw some amazing scenery over the week.

I found staff on the ship mostly very friendly. Our cabin attendant looked after us well. I have no complaints about the cabin or the way it was maintained. We had a balcony cabin which was awesome.

I know spas tend to be expensive but I would say that the Aurea Soa was way overpriced as was the hairdressers.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

The cabin was great. Plenty of room for my teenage son and myself. Cases fitted under the bed out of the way. Plenty of storage space. Beds were very comfortable.Bathroom was absolutely fine with againplenty of shelf and storage space. Having the balcony was awesome as I really enjoy taking photos and I was able to do this from the cabin if I didn't want to go up on top deck. Cabin was kept clean .
