I wanted to visit some place where I had not been. Roatan, Honduras in Central America was the place. We spent the night in Galveston, Texas which is a place we will visit again. wish we had more time there. there were plenty of beaches right across from the hotels. if you do the paperwork on line, the embarkation goes smooth. disembarking can be long and tiresome. there is lots and lots of food for all. this ship had all types of sports, pools for kids and adults. there were 3 giant slides. There is 3 ports of call on this itinerary. Four of the seven days were at sea. My grandson is 11 and the children club for him was 8-11. He didn't enjoy it because he said it was too kiddie for him. There is an ice skating rink and there were several shows on ice. I really enjoyed getting off the ship in Costa Maya. There you can do the Dolphin encounter and Dolphin swim. There's a large pool and bars.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

The cabin was crowded for three people. We didn't like the bunk bed being directly over the head of the lower beds so we asked for a folding cot. That made the cabin even smaller because there was a sofa in there but it didn't let out. So having a balcony came in handy. We were able to put some items on it. It was very inconvenient with no access to an iron. Irons aren't allowed anymore, so some clothes were worn wrinkled.
