Service boat-wide was lacking and not up to Carnival's reputation, unfortunately. Had continual dining room issues regarding seating - likely because of this issue, the dining room service was extremely poor.
Stateroom: Deck 11:
HORRENDOUS air conditioning problems. Do not book if you cannot bring your own fan - you will sweat out! Several calls to guest services could not solve.
The parking is so bad that I'm not sure why Carnival continues to operate out of this port.
Bought the Hop On/Hop Off Bus tickets after being recommended by Carnival staff. We just felt as if we were being taken advantage of ($$$ wise) by every stop. FYI, kids are 1/2 price - Carnival had told us they were the same price.
