This was our first cruise with Cunard after 14 years cruising with P&O. We were expecting a much better standard but were very disappointed.

The Britannia Restaurant was not of the standard we were expecting in regards of the food, it was at times very poor and not much of it and certainly not fine dining. One of the guests on our table sent their food back because it was cold, also our meals were not very warm. My husband had a shoulder of lamb which was very tough.

The cabin was very good but there was no tea or coffee making facilities which you find in most good hotels. So had to either order by room service or go to the Lido Buffet to get a cup which was not always convenient.
