Let me start off by saying bigger is not always better. I have cruised with Royal Caribbean many times in the past but after this most recent cruise I am certainly going to re-consider other cruise lines such as Princess or Carnival. While the service I received from the employees in the Windjammer was TOP NOTCH 5 stars all the way, the service I received from your other employees, and tour groups that were sold by RC not so much.

Allow me to explain in detail for you:
