Disappointed for a new ship, with too many differences from their advertisement

We take two cruises a year and this is the first time we saw a disaster in the accommodation for the sitting at restaurants and fine-dining establishments. The service was terrible, with absolutely no manners from any part of the crew or staff. The Buffet had poor selections along with even worse choices in the dining room. I never saw a beef steak, shrimp, or a lobster. The water in the dining room has to be paid, there is no complementary water in the restaurant, not even tap water. There was no basketball area at all which made the very over-hyped sport plex more of a bore-plex. The training for the new system in this type of cruises was really poor, most of the crew working in this didn't know how to operate this newly implemented system. The lines for customer service were full at all times, and of course, filled with complaints. The room was nice, the bed and the area was also very comfortable, even though the shower's soap dispenser could not be refilled with body wash, for anyone, they never fixed the issue during the week. In the Buffet area, there were only two stations for water and ice, with a lot of people trying to get the glasses and water, and it didn't help the water had to be paid as people would try to refill water bottles which would take a minute or so to fill up.
