This was our first River Cruise. River Cruising was relaxing and enjoyable. Cabins were well designed. Crew extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Lunch offered good variety buffets. Dinner selections a bit limited. Towns visited were interesting and tours excellent. Stops in Vienna and Cologne too short. Could have enjoyed extra day in both.

Our cruise started on the Emerald Sun but due to low water levels we changed ships after 7 days to the Emerald Sky. The Sky was a year newer than the Sun and both were really great River Cruise Ships.

The Cruise director, Wes, was knowledgeable and friendly. The Hotel Officer was very available and accommodating. WE enjoyed dinner one night at the Captain's table. Read more
