Loved the Empress of the Seas recent cruise to Cuba with an overnight in Havana. Friendly city, lots to do, and very clean and easy. No issues at all! Loved the old cars and explored the city on our own. The ship was spotless however the cabins and beds need to be updated. I understand that is coming soon. Wonderful staff! This ship was drydocked and refurbished as quickly as they could, so all common areas and restaurants have been completely updated. I would take this cruise again in a heartbeat! The staff and cruise director was very friendly and food was good. However, they could have had a little more variety for breakfast and lunch in the Windjammer Cruise. Overall, very good! A good amount of children on board too. They offer their own children's program, video room, rock climbing wall, gym, and spa. The spa is very small and needs to be soundproofed to give you a more relaxing spa experience. The spa was located next to the pool area so you could hear the band playing if you had a spa treatment during the day. Personal very friendly but very pricey!

Cabin Review

Cabin was very comfortable and clean but needs updating.
