This was a short cruise for my boyfriend and I. We are both in our mid 20's. This was my 4th cruise. I have been on the Dawn, Spirit and now the Sky. I have been also been on RC. This is my boyfriends 2nd cruise, his first NCL. He enjoyed the freestyle cruising.

We decided to fly down to Miami the day before to extend the vacation a little longer. It was a good decision. We left from JFK and got to Miami by 11 am. We stayed at the downtown Hilton, i highly recommend. We spent the day in south beach. Night at Bayside.

Next morning we headed to the boat at 11 am. Basically we were on the boat by 11:30.. by 12:15 had lunch(buffet) and were sitting in the hot tub. Get there early if you can. You have the boat to yourself for a few hours. Just remember to wear your bathing suit since you cant get to your bag/room until 2:00. Read more
