We chose this cruise because we fell in love with the ship when we sailed on it 3 years ago. This time we decided to splurge on a Sky Suite and we were very happy with the suite experience. The room was huge, the balcony was huge, bathroom was great. It was always cleaned immaculately. There was some type of odd overhang above the Sky Suites and we weren't thrilled that it blocked the sun. These rooms should probably be advertised with partial obstruction.

The Luminae Suite restaurant was truly amazing, we were very impressed with the food and the service in the venue. The hostess had a wonderful personality and we looked forward to chatting with her on the evenings we dined there. We also had lunch here on the two sea days and it was truly incredible. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Can't rave about this place enough! The Suite also included butler service. The butler was very friendly, sweet and accommodating, it just seemed like perhaps he had too many rooms to service. Although he always tried so hard, there were often minor challenges. We ordered room service breakfast for two one day, but breakfast arrived only for one person. We asked for daily ice buckets but they never arrived until we called to remind. Minor inconveniences, but we had high expectations, so we were a bit surprised by this.

Michael's Club was nice, the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. It was a little stuffy and dark in there, we would have preferred the heavy curtains be pulled open with perhaps a view of the sea.
