We are a couple with 3 year old baby.
We booked this Mediterranean cruise, with royal Caribbean booking and paying for 3 people.
With our great disappointment, as soon as we arrived in the cabin we immediately found that there was only one double bed and there was no bed or crib for the baby (that is not won't to sleep in the bed with us). We have often asked for assistance and intervention to the room assistant and the customer service, asking for an accessory bed. Despite the repeated protests, we were ridiculed and scorned and despite our insistence we were not heard, so the child who, having 3 years of age, has a 5 year old physical body, had to sleep in bed with us even though he was not used to it: The result of the infernal nights, I had to sleep on the floor.

This was terrible and unfair considering we paid for 3 people.
